To provide core features such as PDF conversion, compression, format switching (Word/Excel/PPT), and editing, the App must temporarily upload your selected documents to our secure cloud servers via encrypted protocols (HTTPS).
Necessity: This upload is a technical requirement for executing complex cross-format conversion tasks.
Non-Persistent Storage: We do not permanently store your original files or the converted results.
Purpose Limitation: Data is processed only for the duration required to complete the task. We never read, share, distribute, or utilize your document content for analysis, profiling, or commercial activities.
When you use the App, we may automatically collect certain technical data:
Device Information: Device type, unique identifiers, hardware model, and operating system version.
Analytics: We use Google Analytics to monitor traffic and usage trends (such as frequency of use and page interactions) solely to improve our services.
Log Files: If the App encounters an error, we collect "Log Data" (IP address, device name, crash configurations, etc.) to diagnose and fix the issue.
Storage & All Files Access: As a document management tool, we require this permission to locate, preview, edit, and read the documents you choose to convert.

We adhere to a "Process-and-Delete" principle. For documents processed in the cloud:
Original documents are automatically wiped from our servers immediately after conversion.
Resulting files are retained for no more than 24 hours (to prevent data loss in case of a connection interruption) and are then permanently destroyed.
We do not retain copies of these files for any purpose.
We implement a combination of organizational and technical measures to prevent unauthorized access, including:
End-to-End Encryption: Data is encrypted both during transmission and at rest.
Data Isolation: Ensuring that file processing environments for different users are completely segregated.

Your preferences and local file records are stored strictly on your device. You have full control over this data; it can be permanently removed by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App.
