Welcome to the mobile applications developed by pdfaide (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to PDF Aide-Edit & Convert (the "App").
This User Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal contract between you (an individual, legal entity, or organization) and us regarding the download, installation, and use of the App and its related services. By downloading or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement and our accompanying Privacy Policy.
No Registration Required: Most features of this App are available without the need to create an account.
Scope of Service: We provide document processing services, including but not limited to viewing, editing, format conversion, and scanning.
Service Modifications: To optimize the user experience, we may update the App’s features from time to time. Failure to install these updates may result in certain functions not performing correctly.
When using this App, you must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations. You are strictly prohibited from:
Reverse Engineering: Decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to extract the source code of the App.
Illegal Use: Using the App to distribute illegal, infringing, fraudulent, or harmful information.
AI Misuse: Utilizing AI features to generate harassing content, misleading information, or engaging in plagiarism.
Harmful Activity: Engaging in any activity that could damage, disable, or overburden the App’s servers.
The App offers premium subscription services (e.g., ad removal and Pro features).
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew and be charged unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
Managing Subscriptions: You must manage or cancel your subscriptions directly through your Google Play Store account settings.
Refund Policy: Except as required by law, all paid fees are non-refundable. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
Ownership: All ownership rights, copyrights, trademarks, and source code related to the App remain our exclusive property.
License Grant: We grant you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the App in accordance with this Agreement.
User Content: You retain full ownership of any documents you upload or process. We process this content only to the extent necessary to provide the services, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
"As-Is" Provision: The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
Third-Party Links: The App may contain advertisements or links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or security of these third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption) resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend your access to the App, without notice or liability, if you violate any terms of this Agreement.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
